Welcome to Melbourne Hifz. Founded by Rizbie Yunus and Sheik Abdulrahman, Quran madrassa in a class room setting in Epping, Melbourne is dedicated to Quranic literacy and fluency.
Their vision was to establish an institution where children ambition to establish an institution that focuses on equipping children with the ability to not only recite but also write the letters of the Quran, essential skills for Quranic memorisation.
Drawing upon their collective expertise and understanding of education, they laid the foundation for a unique institution that emphasises the holistic development of young learners. Their vision prioritises deep comprehension of the Quran, from reading ,writing to memorisation.
Melbourne Hifz is committed to excellence in Islamic education and is proud to be the first educational institute in Melbourne to incorporate writing as a core method for learning the Quran. Our goal is to inspire other institutions and schools to adopt this innovative approach, recognising writing as a key tool for success in learning and memorising Quran.
